Mini Dairy Wanted- 300-500 Litre capacity

I am from Canada, but am living in Karachi Pakistan, looking to set up a small, socially minded business. I am looking to set up a mini dairy plant- with around a 300-500 litre/day capacity. I need a batch pasteurizer, vat, and equipment to make fresh cheeses/yoghurt. Any thoughts/leads?

Howdy Joshua, what's your background/understanding of making fresh cheese and I expect people will ask what are you doing for milking room?

Recommend read a bunch of the threads here, also, this book should be very good for you, and this thread of using a sea freight shipping container may be interesting.
