For those that have seen the Modern Marvels TV show on cheese, you may remember they did a bit on water buffalo milk based mozzerella cheese, from a company called di Bufala.

Well, I am traveling on business from Cleveland to Grand Rapids Michigan.
I was at dinner tonight reading the local paper. I was saddened to learn that di Bufala is a local farm, and it is going out of business.
"We were within days of having a product to go national with,"
Sad.

Maybe you should try and grab some of their cheese while you are there?

I'll take the cute buffalo in front, in the article.
