Hi, my name is Tabitha and I'm looking forward to making some cheese using my goats' milk beginning in May or June.
Last year I used a friend's goat milk to make paneer, feta, creamy cheeses. I also tried to make mozzarella and it turned out more like queso fresco and was yummy.
I'm on a budget, both with money and time, and want to have the best experience possible. So coming to this forum is my way of preparing and getting new ideas to make goat milking/cheese making work!
