Thanks for the kind feedback, y'all! It's a bit nerve-wrecking at times to put myself out there, but it makes me appreciate where I live.
Which reminds me, something that might interest people here, and which might warrent a thread of it's own. I'm co-organizing a culinary/wine tour of Valle d'Aosta, Italy (where I live), which will include visits to dairies and a cheesemaking lesson at the mountain-top goat farm I wrote about in my last post. Lots of other fun stuff, too. Will take place in October, and I believe there are still some spots left (two different weeks, max 8 people each).
