Thanks everyone. I am having fun!
Walls are just OSB painted with high gloss oil based paint.
The other side is a fridge, stainless steel counter with a few wine coolers under it.
I was pressing a wheel with my old not so pretty press so I did not show you. Mike is building my new press today so I will post a pic of the other side when ready.

I am in Fallsburg, NY

I will mostly be making raw goat cheese.

Yes In order to sell fresh cheese it must be pasteurized. I also use it to make all my cheeses but I could have done with something else if I did not want to make fresh cheese.
