My brother invented this beautiful, double working press for my cheese making endeavors, and is willing to sell similar designs on demand. If you have a particular preference for your cheese making method, let him know and he can customize it to suite your needs. It could easily be modified to press 4 cheeses (two stacks of two) at a time, if desired, though it can also press a single cheese and be perfectly balanced. It's made mostly of hardwood, and if you want a particular finish just be sure to specify, otherwise he'll finish them with multiple coats of hemp oil.
