Havarti - Waxed Or Unwaxed?

I have made a few Havarti wheels I'm just Trying to find out if most people wax or do not wax or oil
Any help would be wonderful and greatly taken in from advice of the master

I used to wax, and had good results. I have switched to vacuum bagging. But with Havarti, had some problem with whey appearing in the bag during aging. (The less-pressed cheese seem to be more challenging this way.) Advice was to dry a bit more before bagging...but I have yet to test that more fully.

Thank you Beth for your responce i have seen some Havarti on the web or in a book that looked like a dry cheese and i was trying to find out if anyone has done this with a Havarti cheese and just to find out what the poplar option was are
