Smoked Trout

I managed to get some fishing in over the Easter long weekend, rather than just bake them whole in the oven or cook the fillet in a pan I gave smoking a go for the first time.  I have had this little BBQ sitting round for a while now and thought it would double as a smoker, seemed to work OK.

Any tips or ideas on how to improve for next time welcome
