I used the same recipe to make a 2 pound wheel and hot waxed it. I'll let you know how it comes out when it's done aging. LOL I've since gone to 3 or 4 pound wheels on any cheese that I have to age for a long period. Too long for me to wait for 1 pound of cheese. Especially if this stuff comes out great!
