Ok one more question about goat milk...

Has anyone ever made a meso starter with the goat milk then used it for the cow cheese?  If so what happened and if not what would happen?  My head is going crazy with ideas....

Yes, there are no practical differences, it's always a roll of the dice for what bacteria you get in the starter. Functionally the same.
