Cheese vat agitator motor?

DI'm busy building a 200Litre cheese vat. Does anyone know what size/type motor I should use for the agitator?

No, but perhaps if I look at mine (which is in a 1500 liter vat) you could adjust down as necessary.  I'll post the size tomorrow.

You will need  a small motor spec are 60rpm  6.5N.m    115rpm  4.2N.m
