Visiting my folks in Vancouver BC Canada again last week. In local Costco member warehouse store found these small cheeses marked down from CDN4.5 to CDN2.5 each.

Box says Canadian made by Agropur's Signature Brand Goat's Milk Chevrita. Basically looks, smells, and tastes exactly like a small Camembert except with very mild goat's milk taste as made using goat's milk. Like this cheese also bought in Canada, it's not labelled as a Camembert but as a "Surface Ripened Soft Cheese", presumably as Canada recognizes the French trademarked Brie & Camembert names.

The French description is the same as the other cheese linked above: "Fromage A Pate Molle Affine En Surface" which I translate (please correct if wrong) as a "Soft Paste Cheese Aged From Surface".

Ingredients list: Pasteurized goat milk, bacterial (starter) culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme (microbial rennet) but no P candidum presumably as by osmosis from other cheeses in room, and no colour, thus the dead white colour.
