PS. Where in PTA do you stay?
I used to live in Magalieskruin 2km from the Kollokade centre for 21 years.

Hi Gustav, I Live in Lukasrand, close to the telkom Tower (new muckleneuk area)
I have been making a few batches of Halloumi with cow's and goat's milk, just when I thout I am getting the jest of things,
tonight, after pressing the cheese, it sticks to the cloth!

Well, I made a plan to get it off, and it boiled well etc etc... Just wanted to know what I did wrong.

I would love to come to your place and see you make cheese sometime.

Look for me on Facebook  - Chris Mostert

Hi There. Also new in the cheese making fun. Funny way how I got into cheese making. Got 4 cows for free from a farmer. I am in the renewable energy business. The farmer could not afford the last 4 solar panels and gave me 4 cows. After a year the calves came and now it is 40lts of milk each day. Cant drink all the milk so stated making cheese. What the thrill. lots of mishaps but getting better each day...chees deon
