It is not international, we all live in Cheeseland and happily making cheese with the milk pouring from the sky.
OK I admit I am loosing, because I am still waiting for February to get fresh milk.

Welcome. I do hope to hear of the cheesemaking traditions that you have in Mumbai. I can't say I've ever had any from that region.
