Buying milk in bulk?
«

Hi everyone,
I am looking to buy some milk to make cheese in bulk but am not sure how to go about doing it.
Where should I start looking locally? Newspapers? At the supermarket? I am completely clueless!
Thanks, Matt

Find a farm and talk to the owners. Most places around you have contract with Darigold... we're in a tough state. Try an ad on craiglist or post an ad for milk wanted at your local feed store.
