cheesemakers in western Piedmont

Hi all,
I just posted details to an old thread, but since I'm not actually in the mountains, I thought I'd start a Piedmont thread.  I'd love to connect with others nearby.  More details about me in the other thread.

I thought I'd check back see who's new and who's still around 11 years later.  Littlejoe, are you still making cheese?

I'm also wondering if there's anyone within an hour/hour and a half of me -- I'm in Iredell County, which is the county where I-40 and I-77 intersect -- with experience making hard cheese that might be willing to let my daughter and me come see your set-up and process.  I could trade some milk for the learning experience.  I'm getting over a gallon of milk per day from my goats at the moment.  (I also have a couple cows, but unfortunately there are issues with their milk at the moment, so I don't feel like it's fit to share.)
