Cultured Curd for Mozzarella/Possible Supplier Near NJ

Hey all,

I am looking to stretch my own mozzarella, but I would like to achieve the unique taste of traditional mozzarella that uses a cultured milk. I would prefer to stretch from curd as opposed to culturing the milk myself, but I am having difficulty finding a supplier of cultured curd.

Is anyone here aware of a supplier in the tri-state area that could provide a cultured mozzarella curd at a reasonable price? (IE, not significantly more than a non-cultured curd.)
