Hello everyone,
my name is Teklad (aka Tico) and i live in Montreal, Que. i am a professional brewer currently working for a brewpub in downtown Montreal. i am fascinated by and closely familiar with fermentation process. this has led me to take a serious look at making bread, pickles, sausages and other fermented products. it was only a matter of time that i would get to cheese making. now I'm here and i am glad i have found your community. i have a lots of questions to ask you and ill try to post them in the appropriate boards.
i wish you all a happy and productive 2012!!

cheers

Tico

Hi aka_tico,

Welcome to the forum.  You'll find lots of people here that love to ferment anything fermentable!  :)

Welcome Tico!
There are many master cheesemakers in this forum that kindly share their time and knowledge with beginners like me so we can learn to ferment milk!

Welcome Tico!  I am a newbie as well.  Have made just a few pressed cheeses, waiting to cut the first one in a few weeks.  Been spending a lot of time reading from the 'masters' on this forum.  See you around.
