Well I will try to find this stuff thanks. There are several stores that carry the Red Mill products maybe it just didn't register. Hope he will try it he is a real PITA about liking white bread only. Strange child!

It's way cheaper to buy in bulk.  I purchase it in 25 lbs sacks from Azure Standard.  http://www.azurestandard.com/shop/product/1118/  There are others who carry it if you look around.  The brown teff has a molasses/licorice like flavor that I don't care for, but the ivory is great.

Sorry for the late reply but if I stumbled across this, others might. My Wife doesn't eat gluten and we have tried a number of bread machine mixes.

The bread is very soft and spongy. I don't usually eat the GF bread (i guiltily hide my gluten bread) but I'm happy to eat this one.
