Up here most are praying that the sheep don't pop while it's blizzard  :o

But it's a bit warmer down there!  ;)

Our first due date is Jan 11th.
But she looks like an over filled blimp . She either has 17 kids in there or I am a bit off on my date.

My two favorite milkers dropped calves last week so I will be milking three a day for the next few months. Cheesemaking will begin very soon.
What part of Alabama are you from, Megan?

My first ewe started bagging up last weekend, so I'm expecting within 10 days!  I can't wait.  Then the other CVM ewe will be next, then my two new East Friesian/Dorset cross ewes!  Really looking forward to the CVM/EF/D cross lambs and most of all...having my first dairy sheep lamb.  The small EF/Lacaune cross ewe is probably not bred yet, she is still small/young, so I'm hoping for some surprise summer lambing from her.
