Dutch Cheese-Press & Misc. Cheese Making Items
« on: January 30, 2012, 09:43:18 AM »
Hey all, it's been a while since I've came and visited. Hope all is well!

I will be making a some-what big move, in the next couple of weeks (nice job oportunity) and have decided on selling my cheese-making equipment until I can settle down and begin cheese creation again down the road.

Anyways, if anyone is interested please PM me or call my phone number listed below:

* Dutch cheese press in great condition.
About 10 lbs. of cheese has been "pressed" thus far. In my opinion, it needs some sort of finish for expelled/escaping whey. Asking price is $75 OBO (Bought new at Home Fermenter Center, in Eugene for $125)

* Refridgerator Thermostat - Used for keeping a "cheese cave" at a nice temperature of 55F. Bought for $85 at Home Fermenter Center, asking price of $50 OBO.

* Various cheese molds - For hard cheeses. One 2 lb. mold (with open bottom) and one 5 lb. mold with closed bottom. Willing to barter for price on these. Typically around $20-$50 for the molds, if I recall correctly.

* Will throw in free Ricki Carroll cheese-making book, if all items are sold bundled!

Will answer phone calls, no pictures at this point. Pretty clean stuff and BARELY used. Nice starter kit for a new explorer of cheese-making!
