Ma favorite way to eat blue

I was just checking the link to Port soaked Stilton that Webmaster has provided and it reminded me of one of the best ways I've had blue. It's a recipe from Mario Batali. You boiled port (don't have to use the good stuff) until it's reduced by half and all syrupy. Drizzle on your favorite blue. In that case it was gorgonzola and serve with spiced nuts. If I remember well they're heated in a pan with salt and a pinch of cayenne. It has ecverything: tart, creamy, hot and sweet. Makes my mouth water just writing about it.
