Quark- thoughts on flavors

I've been talking to a friend who lived in Europe for awhile, and she has described flavored quark that ate a lot while there. She recalled straciatella flavored quark, and vanilla apple flavored quark. Anyone here do that sort of thing? Thoughts on level of tastiness?

I just got home from a visit to upper Austria and I went to an Abbey that specialized in cheese and they made a Topfen flavored lightly with garlic and chives and I swear, we couldn't get enough of it! It's on my list of to-do recreations.
