I am working on two different beer washed cheeses, they are starting to get sticky so I smeared it all around, but I did read somewhere that you should let them out for some fresh air once in a while.

How often should I do this and for how long?

Cheers

I just crack open the door and take the lids off for about 30 minutes or so. Tommorrow I flip and do it again.

lol well that might be a good thing.  It is like a comment on one show I was watching.  There was a bad smell in the room and someone said "I don't know if that is really bad meat, or really good cheese"
