I may have mentioned that I have an old side-by-side fridge for my cheese. It broke in such a way that the fridge part is around 50-55 degrees F
(I did not do this
So the freezer side likewise is warm. The bottom cannot reliably keep things frozen nor unfrozen, but the middle is just about right to keep milk in. The top is somewhat warmer, more 40-45 degrees F than 35-38.
Would it be ok to keep yogurt in that part for one week? It would be incredibly convenient, and also I don't like my yogurt so cold, so I would eat more.
But I don't want to do anything dangerous. I just thought it might be ok because they had yogurt in the olden days, but no refrigerators.
Thanks very much
