Hi all, new to the cheese forums. Have enjoyed looking at a lot of recipies so far, and getting lots of ideas.
I have also made a few cheeses, fun and easy one is Latic or milk cheese. Done a Mozz, next is a farmhouse cheddar.
Don't want to violate any forum rules, so if this is out of line you may remove it.
I run a beer and wine making shop just outside St. Louis MO, USA. but do ship to the lower 48 states.
I also carry Cheese supplies along with sausage and jerky stuff and roast and grind your own coffees and organic teas.
