Cheese making Club in Florida

Hi everyone, I am curious if any folks in Florida would be interested in forming a cheese making group that would get together from time to time try a recipe or two - share experiences -that sort of thing???  Bueller? Beuller?

Im willing, but am just getting started and do not yet have anything to share.  FYI I'm up near Lakeland.
