I was wondering why is everyone getting this SAM3 rind. It's Riki at Cheesemaking ...again! Why on earth would she sell that??? That's specifically made for Camembert makers that are experiencing contamination issue or are in great risk of post-production contamination. PC-VB and PC-ABL are great and traditional.
