Title: Fridge Temp Control Thermostats - 220V/50 Hz?
Post by: newbie001 on June 21, 2009, 08:19:40 AM
I was checking for Temperature control thermostats. I found this nice one on the Leeners page

http://www.leeners.com/cheese-equipment.html#controls (http://www.leeners.com/cheese-equipment.html#controls)

The problem is that US using a different cycle and voltage system than we do in thailand. However, England and Australia use the same as us. Is there someone here from Australia that has found a similar temperature control system.  I found one for humidity control that a humidifier can be plugged into, but the same problem is that it is for US.

I was going to create a larger cheese cave with a glass display fridge with the temp and humidity relay control system, but cannot find ones that are good for Thailand's current and voltage system.

Any help or web pages would be appreciated.

newbie, I've made a list of Cheese Making Supply Stores (http://cheeseforum.org/Links/Stores_Cheese_Making_Supplies.htm), with many in 220 volt countries, one of them may have one.

If not, beer making is more popular than cheese making and most website beer making stores sell these, maybe you could find one on a 220 volt countries bee making forum.

Good luck . . . John.
