Title: Successful second attempt
Post by: aka_tico on October 12, 2012, 07:11:00 PM
just wanted to share with you the result of my second attempt at making a Feta and i am please by the outcome. i used Johns(CH) recipe and all went well. the milk was from the farmer who picks up the spent grain from the brewery I work for to feed his cows. I used 6% whey/brine to store the cheeses and they are holding up beautifully.
