Title: Brazil, Pinhais - Jandaplast Cheese Molds Manufacturer
Post by: coffee joe on July 23, 2010, 02:57:54 PM
I just received my first set of professional molds. I'm quite impressed as I purchased these from internet photos and wasn't sure of the quality as they were so cheap.
Under $200 USD for everything shown with 3 sets hooped cloths each mold.
This is in Brazil but I've spoken with the salesman and they can ship to the US but minimum would be $3000 USD. Someone would need to be responsible to break up and reship. Or resell.
They have a very complete line including micro sieve, rounded followers for ovals or round balls = amazing selection

Wowzers, that's awesome!  I've been completely shocked by the price of molds.  So far just using my own made up stuff but if/when we go commercial I'll need the official food grade stuff.

Check this website for molds.  I don't know pricing but they are for real.  Once they even had Kadova's.

I will vouch for Ullmers.  They are good people and the moulds they sell, while used, are really in good shape and very heavy duty.
