And it's amazingly and sadly all just sitting outside in the snow like some old boneyard :'(.

There is some seriously high 'cool factor' going on there.  There isn't much pictured there that looks to be scalable for us as rookies and home cheese makers though.  Some of the molds maybe?  If there was something usable there we could certainly try and arrange a group buy for members here.  I just didn't see anything right off the top...

Agree with you for most folks but we have been giving thought to a dairy for my next career.  I used to run a large biotech fermentation facility so I like stainless.

I hear the mission impossible theme playing in my head right now.  I'd like to have that stacked cone westfalia separator.  I have run experiments with one about 5 times that size.
