Title: organic culture & mold?
Post by: mbox on June 13, 2013, 06:32:41 AM
Hi there, not sure if i post this in the right section here.
Here's my question.
Lets assume i have already organic milk and organic rennet on hand and making a cheese of that...
if i used FD or MM100 and PC Sam3 ,Geo 17, PLA or B.linen SR3 for producing this cheese - is this still organic cheese ?

thanks for your valued feedback,

mbox
