Title: Fredericksburg - Kerrville area cheese makers

Are there any cheese makers in Fredericksburg or Kerrville Texas?
I really want to learn from someone with experience and willing to work for free (if I can find someone).

Here I am 4 years later still begging for someone to move to the area who wants to make cheese.
