Title: Website with a wealth of descriptive information
Post by: Bella on February 14, 2009, 12:40:33 AM
While looking for a recipe for Port Salut, I came across a website that has a wonderful array of cheese types, descriptions and tasting notes. This may have been posted before, and if so, please accept my apologies.

The website of the Cheese of the Month Club produces a monthly newsletter, all archived on the site, with each newsletter featuring three different cheeses, together with wines and or beers to serve with them.

Oh the possibilities!!!!!

After all of that, I didn’t find a recipe for Port Salut – it was my brother’s favourite cheese and I would like to make one to give to my sister-in-law on the anniversary of his death.

Does anyone have a recipe and is prepared to share?

TIA
