Présure microbienne

Bonsoir! Etant végétarien, j'ai acheté de la présure microbienne:

Par contre, je ne sais pas trop comment la doser pour avoir l'équivalent de la présure animale.
1gr suffit pour faire cailler 150l de lait. Je vais d'abord débuter avec 1 ou 2 litres de lait.
Quelqu'un connaît ce genre de produit? Merci!

Disolve 1 gram in 250ml of distilled water and save this in a clean container in the fridge. Use a syringe to measure out 1.6ml to set 1L. Use floc method (floating bowl test) should see floc in 10 to15 min. If not adjust amount of solution until you see floc in 10 to 15 min.
