First video is an advert, interesting molds and presses and how turn the cheeses.

Second video is a series of out of order pictures that you need to pause to view as go by quickly. The 7th picture is of a very heavily dark rined Manchego, the last picture appears to be some sort of roller cleaning machine for the cheeses?

Third video is in Spanish with subtitles, and has limited info on Manchego making method.
