Title: VISIT TO A CHEESE PLANT

Partners, I'll spend this new year eve at Copake - NY, and would love to visit any nearby (I'm willing to take a few hours trip) artisan cheesemaking, preferably from Sheep's milk. Any information or direction will be appreciated. Note: I'll be alone during this visit. Thanks in advance.
