Gustav, not a recipe, but I know member Fiddletree is apprenticing in the Val D'Aosta, doing robiola cheeses, among others (http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,6645.0.html).
Also, New England Cheesemaking.com has kindly provided a recipe on their site (http://www.cheesemaking.com/Robiola.html).
