Hello from Worcester England - yes I'm from the town where Worcestershire sauce is made  :P
New into cheese making - made some nice soft cheese (which I have put garlic and oregano into so that I can stuff chicken breasts with it tomorrow)  yum yum

Spring? I think its here, outside temp 29°f that's 22°f warmer than it has been since before Christmas ::)
