Title: Hello from Grafton, NSW, in gods country - Australia
Post by: Morry Stu on February 24, 2014, 12:13:09 AM
Been lurking on here for a bit doing a lot of reading and research. Some excellent  stuff on here

I am also an All Grain home brewer and Jerky maker so cheese fits in rather nicely with cheese

As can been seen, I am also fond of the mighty Morris Minor

Welcome Morry. Nice to see another Aussie logging on.
May all your cheeses end up looking as good as the Minor.

Good on ya mate.

AG brewing is something I want to get in, especially kegging rather than bottling. Are you also on the AHB?

Been on AHB for 8-9 yrs.  8) but I use a different name on there.

There are a lot of similarities with brewing & cheese makine. Especially time, temp & ph.
