I had a blond moment and skipped over the line in my recipe that said " Now add the mold ". Of all the things...
So now I have a very pretty, smoothed 6 day old Stilton with no blue.
Can I add PR via spray bottle? Or is there a more effective way to recover this disaster?

Is it a disaster? A white Stilton (although normally mixed with ginger, cranberries or other fruits) is also a nice cheese :)
You can try to pierce it, take a syringe and inject a PR solution in the holes....

lol, any blue without blue is a disaster to me! I love my blues. Without the mold, and the lack of other inclusions (ginger, fruits etc) it would just be a holey cheddar wouldnt it?
the PR injection isnt a bad idea.

Age it out as a white Stilton , and make another one using the mold.
And pay attention next time ! ;D ;D ;D
Actually , the injection method may work as well. ;D
