I see the pro's sampling the cheese by pushing in tool and pulling out a core sample.  Where can I buy on of those?

I just ordered the one from thecheesemaker.com. It should arrive in the next few days. It looks like it's the same as the smallest one from nelsonjameson.com, but for less than half the price, and it includes the scabbard. When it arrives, I'll post again.
