Does anyone know what you have to do to be a cheese maker in Utah. Not just having a plant that passes inspection but for the person making the cheese? Do you have to work for a cheese factory for so long or is there somthing else??? :)

Good luck. Just saw that there are only 23 active cheese making licenses in Utah. Sounds like an opportunity.
