Title: Passendale cheese

Since I don't even know if this is a washed curd cheese or not, I decided to post the question here...
I'm searching for more information (or the recipe :) ) of Passendale cheese.
It's originally a Belgian cheese, see  this wiki page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passendale_cheese) and Boofer posted a description of the taste some time ago....
