Here is a picture from my first cheese i cracked last night. A dill & garlic jack.
It taste pretty good and i'm happy with it.

It was aged for 2 1/2 months. This one is one of my very first cheese i ever made.

Goatherdess, i made this one with 1 gal  cow milk
