I work in a specialty department in a grocery store, with many types of cheeses, looking to learn more

All types, french, spanish, goat, italian, blue, english. Looking to learn what people think about the cheeses, favorites, I'm pretty new to this, but learning quickly

Nietzsche welcome to the forum.
Some members here who like to talkm about different specialty cheeses, but most members are into making cheese.

Welcome and please by all means recommend the Limburger to everyone! :) You can read my very detailed review here (http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,1077.msg7558.html#msg7558) if you'd like but I would just recommend it to everyone that wants to try something special! ;D
