I made this with store bought milk last November.

I'm not really impressed with the taste. The texture is good, but I get that acidic taste a lot more than the Farmhouse I made last January. I'm hoping it's because it needs to age more than 3 months.

My wife tried it. And she loves it!
She is the Gouda eater and she say's it tastes like Gouda. Real rich and firm.
OK, guess I'll make more. The wedge I cut off is now in the smoker along with some baby backs I have going. We'll see how well it smokes.

WOW! I HOPE I can achieve such a lovely cheese to gaze upon and PLUS your wife likes it...how wonderful. I wouldn't be so hard on myself, be really, really delighted and then some ;D
