Tea, Thanks for the welcome! Here are some pictures of the 'cave' with all its assorted fun stuff! :^) I'm also an avid homebrewer so there is some barleywine in the secondary fermenter there and a keg of IPA in the background.
There are tubs of green coffee there too. I started roasting coffee about 2 years ago and that was one of the easiest and most rewarding endeavors that I get to enjoy every morning!
As for the cheese the 2 smaller wheels are the cheddar the other waxed one, the Jack and the one on the right, the manchego. I need to get the humidity up so she doesn't crack on me. I also could use a new mold or 2 for some variety! :^)
Then my batch sauerkraut from this fall! Sampled the first jar last night with some venison sausage my son and I smoked last weekend! It is just a great time of year even if the ourdoor temps here today are supposed to get to a high of -10 degrees F. :^)
