Title: Need a mozzarella molding machine ASAP!

Hey guys!

My company is opening a 2nd location, and we REEEEEALLLLY need a mozzarella molding machine ASAP. Since we just moved, we're a little cash-small, but willing to discuss anything. We can't wait for a machine to be imported from Italy. We are located near Fort Worth, TX. Can someone please point me in the right direction??

Have you found one yet LaPerladItalia?   Is this  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vb-QbRbPX0A)an example of what you're looking for?  Also is this  (http://laperladitalia.com/)your website? If so can I get a couple dozen of your Buratta's shipped to SC :)?  Seriously, good luck at your new location.
